Class has begun

This interactive workshop touches on the four steps in the college process: admissions, financial aid, career, and study skills. The admissions section reviews college options, the college search process, and the application structure. The fundamentals of financial aid, including the filing process and the applications, are covered in detail. Career options and counseling are introduced. Effective transitions into college and college readiness are also addressed. This session is designed to set the stage for future enchanced workshops or individual and customized advising sessions.

What must I bring? *Your 1040, 1040A, 1040EZ or Telefile tax forms for 2016, if you filed taxes. *Your (and your spouse's if applicable) W-2's from all jobs held in 2016. *Other income information (TANF/ASPIRE, Social Security, Disability, Child Support, and Unemployment Income. *High school/GED and college transcripts, if available. *Your questions and concerns!

Workshop dates are: Wednesday, March 8, Tuesday, April 4, Wednesday, May 3 and Monday, June 5
