Calendar May 24, 2018 at 6 pm, runs for 4 weeks

Link your breathing with physical movement to flow through a variety  of invigorating and relaxing yoga poses and sequences. Cultivate your own yoga practices to challenge yourself while staying within your physical abilities. Build strength, flexibility and balance while learning some basic poses that you can use in your daily living. Our class will consist of a warm up, poses to build strength, balancing poses, deep stretches and a relaxation period.  Modifications are available as it is suited for beginners to advanced. Bring a water bottle and yoga mat and dress comfortably to allow for ease of movement.
