This course includes discussion of collision avoidance techniques, safety issues, driver habits and attitudes, and the basic elements that constantly challange drivers on Maine's highways.

Please note that the State of Maine increased the cost of this class and there is no longer a discount for over 65 years of age.

This is a unique course and will be a blended learning which will include an online portion and an instructor in-class portion. The online portion will take approximately 2.5 hours and the in-class portion will take an 1.5 hours. Upon successful completion of this course, you will receive a two-year digital certificate for Adult/Pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED.

In this course, we will go over some basic items that you should have in your first aid kit.  We will go over how to treat soft tissue injuries and what to do if you sprained your ankle and you are alone in the woods.
